1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
Advance payments for service bookings.
Payments for materials purchased through JMK ART for your project.
Cancellations of booked installation services.
2. No Return of Installed Materials
Marble, stone, and related materials once installed cannot be returned as they are permanently fixed to the site. Clients are encouraged to approve materials and designs before installation begins.
3. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel before work starts and before any materials are purchased, a full refund of the advance payment will be issued within 7 business days.
If materials have been purchased but installation has not started, the cost of materials (and any transportation charges) will be deducted from the refund.
4. Cancellation After Work Has Started
If you cancel after installation work has begun, refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the advance payment after deducting:
Labor charges for completed work.
Material costs and related expenses.
In most cases, cancellations at this stage will result in partial or no refund due to work already completed.
5. Refunds for Material Issues
If materials supplied by JMK ART are defective or not as per the approved specifications, we will arrange a replacement or refund the material cost.
Materials supplied directly by the client are not covered under this policy.
6. Service Quality Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with our installation quality, please contact us within 7 days of project completion. We will inspect the work and, if found to be defective due to our workmanship, we will repair it at no extra cost. Refunds for workmanship issues will be issued only if repairs are not possible.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the same payment method used during booking, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Changes in preference after materials have been purchased.
Damage caused by third-party contractors or mishandling after installation.
Delay in project completion due to reasons outside our control (weather, client delays, supply chain issues).
