While we do not ship retail products, we do arrange for the delivery of materials and tools required for completing your project. This policy explains how we handle material procurement, transportation, and on-site service delivery.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to:
Delivery of marble, stone, and related materials to the project site.
Transportation of tools, equipment, and workforce for the execution of services.
Timelines for completing on-site work.
2. Material Procurement & Delivery
Client-Provided Materials: If you choose to provide your own marble or stone materials, you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of delivery to the project site.
JMK ART-Provided Materials: If we supply materials, we will coordinate delivery from trusted suppliers. Delivery timelines depend on stock availability, supplier schedules, and transportation arrangements.
Delivery Charges: Any applicable transportation costs will be communicated and agreed upon in the service quotation.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery of materials will be scheduled in consultation with the client to ensure readiness for installation.
While we strive to deliver materials and begin work within the agreed timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, transport delays, or supplier shortages may cause changes in the schedule.
In case of any delay, clients will be informed promptly with an updated delivery or installation date.
4. On-Site Service Delivery
Our marble and stone installation services are carried out on-site at the client’s location. Service delivery includes:
Transporting skilled labor, tools, and required materials to the worksite.
Following agreed installation timelines.
Ensuring safe handling of all materials during unloading and placement.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth and timely service delivery, clients are requested to:
Provide accurate site address details.
Ensure site accessibility for material unloading and equipment movement.
Secure any required permits or permissions for deliveries to restricted or controlled locations.
Confirm readiness of the site before the scheduled delivery/installation date.
6. Risk & Damage During Delivery
Once materials are delivered to the site, the risk of damage or loss passes to the client unless the damage occurs during handling by our team.
If materials are supplied by the client, JMK ART is not responsible for damages caused during transportation arranged by the client.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
If delivery or service commencement is delayed due to client unavailability, incomplete site readiness, or lack of access, additional charges may apply for rescheduling.
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, transportation strikes, or government restrictions.
8. International & Long-Distance Deliveries
We primarily serve clients within [Insert Service Regions — e.g., Maharashtra and nearby states].
For projects outside our usual service area, additional transportation charges and timelines will apply.
9. Changes to Delivery Arrangements
