  • All price quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of inquiry.

  • Any changes in design, material, or scope of work after acceptance may result in additional charges.

  • Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.


3. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving an advance payment as agreed.

  • Payment schedules will be clearly stated in the quotation or service agreement.

  • Delayed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All amounts must be paid in full as per the agreed terms to avoid penalties.


4. Materials & Supplies

  • Materials provided by JMK ART will be of the agreed quality and specifications.

  • If the client supplies materials, JMK ART is not responsible for defects, damages, or delays caused by those materials.

  • We recommend storing all materials in a safe and secure location before installation begins.


5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate project details, site measurements, and access for our team to work efficiently.

  • Ensure the work area is clear and safe for installation.

  • Secure all necessary permissions or approvals from building authorities, if required.


6. Timelines

We strive to complete projects within the agreed timeframe. However, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Material supply issues

  • Changes in project scope

  • Unforeseen site conditions

In such cases, revised timelines will be communicated promptly.


7. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a workmanship warranty for a specific period as stated in the project agreement.

  • Warranty covers only the installation work carried out by JMK ART and does not include natural wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused after installation.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.


8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing before work begins to qualify for a refund of the advance (minus any expenses incurred).

  • Once installation work has commenced, cancellation may result in partial or no refund.


9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, layouts, and project plans provided by JMK ART remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Our website content, images, and branding may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.


10. Website Usage

  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.

  • Any misuse of the site, including attempts to damage or disrupt functionality, is strictly prohibited.
